Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Ensures alignment and consistency to the relevant systems, processes and procedures.
  • They implement agreed controls, practices, procedures in accordance with Service Level Agreements and ensure regulatory compliance is agreed.
  • They take personal responsibility for resolving issues using commercial and business awareness, help develop procedures that underpin the handling of work and seek ways to improve them.
  • They also assist the project teams in the delivery of projects to improve operational performance by conducting pre- and postproduction validation assignments and communicating and documenting results.
  • They provide post implementation support to mitigate risks and issues until steady state has been achieved.
